Whole-Home Preventative Maintenance
One plan that routinely checks the major systems in your home — AC, plumbing and electrical — so we can catch problems early, before they become larger, more expensive repairs. Six scheduled visits a year for $449, or about $37.42 a month.

Every visit ends with a clear picture of your home's condition, and nothing is fixed without your OK.
- Documented condition report with photos
- Every finding rated Good, Monitor or Recommend Repair
- Estimates for recommended corrective work
- Priority scheduling for plan members
- No automatic renewal — you decide each year
