Plumbing, AC, Electrical & Roofing โ All Under One Roof
Clear Lake is a Houston community rather than a city of its own, which matters more than it sounds. Clear Lake City spans parts of Houston, Webster and Seabrook, and the wider Clear Lake area takes in El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, Nassau Bay and Clear Lake Shores. If you are not sure which one your address falls in, it does not matter to us โ we cover all of it.
What ties the area together is when it was built. Friendswood Development Company laid out Clear Lake City from 1963 onward to house the people working at Johnson Space Center, and the neighbourhoods filled in through the seventies and eighties. Those homes are now on their second or third AC system, their original ductwork in many cases, and supply lines at the age where they start to give out.

The plumbing here is a product of when the area was built. Homes laid out in the sixties and seventies are at the point where original supply lines have narrowed, cast iron drains have begun to scale, and the water heater installed during the last renovation is well past its warranty. On the waterfront streets in El Lago, Taylor Lake Village and Clear Lake Shores there is the added problem of humidity and salt working on anything exposed. Sewer and drain jobs start with a camera inspection so the quote reflects what is actually in the ground.
AC Repair Clear Lake โ Systems and Ductwork
Clear Lake AC calls very often turn out to be duct calls. A lot of these homes are running distribution that has not been touched since the house was built, and no amount of new equipment fixes a system losing its air into an attic. We repair every major brand and install Trane and Heil, but we check the whole system before quoting a replacement โ because a correctly sized unit on failing ductwork will disappoint you in exactly the same way the old one did.
Electrician Clear Lake โ Panels, Docks & Generators
A licensed Texas electrician handles every job. In Clear Lake that means panel upgrades on homes whose service was sized for a 1970s appliance load, EV charger circuits which have become routine across the area, and waterfront work โ dock lighting, boat lift circuits and outdoor service that has been sitting in humid, brackish air for years. We also install whole-home Generac standby generators.
Roofing Clear Lake โ Storm Damage, Repairs & Replacement
We install asphalt shingle, metal and flat roof systems and hold GAF and Owens Corning certifications. Clear Lake sits close enough to the bay to take real wind, and most of our roofing work here begins with a free storm inspection. We photograph and document what we find properly, then work with your insurance adjuster directly rather than leaving you to argue the claim yourself.

Serving Clear Lake & the Houston Bay Area Since 1976
The Clear Lake area sits at the top of Galveston Bay, wrapped around the lake itself, split across Harris and Galveston counties and across several jurisdictions at once. Clear Lake City is part of Houston; El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, Nassau Bay and Clear Lake Shores are their own small cities; Webster and Seabrook run right up against them.
Almost none of it existed before 1963. Johnson Space Center brought the jobs, Friendswood Development Company built the neighbourhoods, and the area filled in over the following two decades โ which is why so much of the housing shares the same vintage, the same construction and, usefully for us, the same failure patterns.
Clear Creek ISD covers most of it, the marinas and boat slips run along the water, and Bay Area Boulevard, El Camino Real and NASA Parkway carry the traffic. Our shop at 2513 FM 646 Rd in Santa Fe is a straight run down I-45, and we serve the surrounding towns too โ Webster, League City, Friendswood, Seabrook and Kemah.
