Plumbing, AC & Electrical in Santa Fe, TX
Our shop is on FM 646, minutes from your door โ one licensed crew for plumbing, AC repair, electrical and roofing across Alta Loma, Arcadia and Algoa.
Plumbing, AC, Electrical & Roofing โ All Under One Roof
Santa Fe is home. Our shop has been at 2513 FM 646 Rd for years, which means when you call from Alta Loma or Arcadia we are not dispatching a van from the other side of Houston โ we are already here, and the technician who shows up probably drives past your street on the way home.
That matters more in Santa Fe than in most places, because the housing here does not follow one pattern. There are homes on acreage running well water and septic, mid-century places along Highway 6 on their original supply lines, and newer builds going up on subdivided lots. Each one fails differently, and knowing which is which before we arrive saves everybody a trip.

Learn MorePlumber Santa Fe TX โ Repairs, Water Heaters, Wells & Septic
Plumbing in Santa Fe covers more ground than it does in a subdivision-only town. On the acreage north and west of Highway 6 we deal with properties on well water and septic, where a pressure problem might be the pump rather than the line, and where a drain issue can be a field problem rather than a clog. Closer in, along the old Alta Loma and Arcadia streets, it is the usual story of aging galvanized supply and cast iron drains giving out at roughly the same age. Sewer and drain work starts with a camera inspection so the quote reflects what is actually down there.
Electrician Santa Fe TX โ Panels, Shops & Generators
A licensed Texas electrician handles every electrical job. Santa Fe has a lot of properties with detached shops, barns and workshops, which means sub-panels, dedicated circuits for welders and compressors, and service that was sized decades ago for a much smaller load. We also install whole-home Generac standby generators โ out here, where lots are large and lines are long, an outage lasts longer than it does in town, and people have noticed.
AC Repair & Replacement in Santa Fe
Air conditioning is where this company started in 1976, and Santa Fe is where it started. We repair every major brand and install Trane and Heil systems, and because the plumber and the electrician work for the same company, an AC job never waits on another trade to run a drain line or pull a circuit. For the full detail on diagnostics, emergency calls and replacement, see our AC repair page.
Roofing Santa Fe TX โ Storm Damage, Repairs & Replacement
We install asphalt shingle, metal and flat roof systems and hold GAF and Owens Corning certifications. Santa Fe sits far enough inland to miss the surge and squarely in the path of the wind, so most roofing work here starts after a storm. Inspections are free, we photograph and document the damage properly, and we handle the adjuster ourselves rather than leaving you to translate between the insurance company and the roofer.

Santa Fe, TX Is Home โ And Has Been Since 1976
Santa Fe sits in west-central Galveston County on State Highway 6, about sixteen miles northwest of Galveston. The city incorporated in 1978, pulling together the older railroad communities of Alta Loma, Arcadia and Algoa โ names people here still use, and still the fastest way to tell a technician where you are.
The railroad that gave the city its name came through in 1877, and for most of the century afterward this was farmland with a depot attached. The growth came later and came fast, which is why a street of 1960s houses can sit a few hundred yards from a subdivision finished last year.
Our shop at 2513 FM 646 Rd is in the middle of all of it. Being based here is the reason we can quote honest response times: a Santa Fe call is a short drive, not a dispatch across the county, and that holds on a Sunday as much as on a Tuesday.
